Fast, friendly and efficient

Only delays in payment were due to shortstaffing at vet. Even then petplan advised for reason for delay. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Excellent no fuss service

When our dog was only a few months old he became extremely ill. He had to stay in the vet hospital for a week, undergo an operation and be tube fed through his neck. Thankfully he made a full recovery. I had one simple conversation with Petplan with the rest handled by the vet. There was no challenge, no fuss about the size of the bill and it was extremely reassuring at a very difficult time. I recommend Petplan to all our friends Reviewed on: 10th November 2021

Peace of mind

Excellent service, my shi tzu has been ill since she was born and if it wasnt for the help from petplan to help with all her medical treatments we would not have had the 8 precious with her in our life and shes doing great so i greatly appreciate everything yous have done to make this possible. Very helpful when I had to claim as my dog was very ill, they dealt straight with the vets which made a difficult time less stressful. Making a claim

Following an injury to my puppy who needed urgent vets treatment I had to make a claim and I was very impressed with the ease at which this was done and with the timely and understanding response. 100% recommend Petplan

I only took out insurance for my dog a year ago I hadn’t taken out the insurance long and become unfortunate that my dog became paralysed due to the dreaded IVDD disease. I was devastated. I thought there was no chance of using my insurance due to only taken out the insurance a couple of months before but sure enough Petplan supported my claim.
