Petplan promise to never charge you more for claiming and they’ve created policies that cover some things other insurers don’t. You can get pet insurance for dogs, cats and rabbits. There’s also a multi-pet cover option.

You can’t put a price on peace of mind and this along with great, quick service is what I’ve always had with Pertplan. I moved insurers once during the life of my 10 year old Labrador but returned the very next year! Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

Exceptional Service and Peace of mind

Having a insurance cover for my fur baby is so important to me to ensure if needed she is able to receive the best care. Petplan have provided this throughout the years. If I call them and ask questions they advise me and have put my mind at ease. Having claimed for veterinary fees their website is user friendly to make a claim and payment is made within a few day. Petplan have been a constant in our pet ownership, any contact we have made with them has been pleasant and supportive. We have confidence that they are there to support us and the life of our beloved animal. We have claimed before, Petplan were there for us. I have needed to claim since and protocols have changed, Petplan have been there for us. The website is easy to navigate and when we did encounter a technical issue it was supported and resolved by very friendly telephone staff. Pet plan is used to dealing with vets and vet nurses and makes it easier for customers

They are very professional and friendly and helpful. Vets prefer to liaise with pet plan because they are extremely good at what they do. Much more experience in dealing with professionals and customers and are pet centred. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2021

Peace of mind

Petplan gives me reassurance and peace of mind that my epileptic labradoodle will be given the very best care and attention without me worrying about the cost. Having a condition like epilepsy can be daunting alone without the added worry of funding vets fees and medication. Petplan respond quickly whenever I make a claim. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff at Petplan are very supportive & professional and without them my dog would not have the quality of care or medical assistance that he has had to date. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2021
