Fantastic company to deal with. We were unfortunate to have a puppy who developed a very serious illness at only 3 months which required significant veterinary intervention. Every claim was handled quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Petplan highly enough. Not necessarily the cheapest but definitely the best. Reviewed on: 12th November 2021

I have used pet plan over the years for my animals and have always had quick responses, easy to use, quick to payout. Also like other insurances they do not hide things your not covered for in small print. Reviewed on: 12th November 2021

The loss of my furbaby

I lost my little pom in July she was only 6 that hurt so much and until recently I haven't been able to talk about her without crying. Pet pkan was there every step and paid out when needed, not only did they refund any money I paid out but they also do direct claims when you don't have endless funds to keep paying vet bills. Thank you so much for making an extremely difficult time more bearable I reckoned petplan to anyone if you have a loving little furbaby take it from me take out insurance you never know when you will need them Reviewed on: 11th November 2021

Takes the worry out of caring

We have always insured our dogs with Petplan. Although they are not the cheapest policy there is a reason for that - outstanding service! When the time comes that you need them most, there is never any trouble with a claim. It is dealt with sympathetically and quickly. I never want to have to make a choice between the cost and care for my dog. With Petplan, I only need to think about what is best for my dog and not how much I can pay for treatment. Fantanstic pet insurance

Bryn is the third dog we have had insured with PetPlan and we have never had any problems with claims for him or our other dogs who have passed. They are truthful when they say "Cover for Life" I cannot fault them at all Reviewed on: 10th November 2021
