Amazing service

We have made several claims for our dog tyla and pet plan have been there for us all the way. Without the insurance we would not have been able to give him the life he deserved. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021

Outstanding

Out of the blue my little dog Minnie became extremely unwell. It happened very quickly and her deterioration was rapid. She had to spend many nights at the vets over a period of a few weeks while they ran all sorts of tests. The result was chronic IBS which she will have for life. It was a very scary and stressful time and very quickly thousands of pounds worth of vets bills mounted up, but PetPlan were there every step of the way paying the bills. I know some people will just say “well that’s what insurance is for” and I agree but it was completely straightforward and they paid very quickly which meant I didn’t have an extra worry to deal with. Minnie may or may not have flare ups in the future but if she does I know I will be able to focus on getting her better and not worry about how I’m going to pay for her treatment. I am lucky that Bella my other dog also insured with PetPlan has never had to make a claim and hopefully never will but if she does I know it will be dealt with in the same quick and honourable way that Minnie’s claims have been. Best provider of pet insurance.

I've used Petplan for all my dogs - past and present! They have always paid for every claim I've made with no extra questions asked or any queries. Extremely helpful when you phone with a query. Not the cheapest pet insurance provider but definitely the best! Reviewed on: 7th October 2021

Perfect Pet Partner

Excellent care and service

After a battle with lymphoma our young cat Isabella succumbed to complications despite the best efforts of her vet and the referral vet with her chemo treatment. Throughout, PetPlan was very supportive and settled all the vet bills without quibble directly with Isabella's vet. Sadly we had to say goodbye on the last day of 2020 but comforted in the knowledge that we'd done everything possible to try to get her well. Thnak you PetPlan. Reviewed on: 7th October 2021
