We have had to use pet plan unfortunately for our dog a few times but every time pet plan has been there for us 100%. They have reached out to wish us the best and followed up when it’s done. Never had any issue with claims and it all goes through the vets Couldn’t recommend high enough Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

I have used Petplan for over 15years now and have found them the best company to use. I always recommend to friends and family. As a veterinary professional I find them the best company to deal with when making a claim and also regarding what they cover. They are very clear, straightforward, professional and very easy to use.
