Supported me through my dogs anxiety issues

I cant fault petplan - affordable, great service and they provide much needed support to cover buddy’s anxiety issues! He’s doing so well now and we’re beginning the weaning process so he’ll be off his anxiety meds. We would have struggled to afford his medication and professional trainer without petplan so they’ve been key in enabling us to give buddy the best possible life. Thank you so much!! Prompt service and professional manner.

My dog nearly died suffering from heatstroke so when I put the claim in for his treatment petplan kept me informed and the claim was dealt with well within 10 days. I was impressed with the service I got. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Very hard to get paid Talk to call centres that know nothing about animals just try and get out of paying Never had one claim paid when my dog was in pain and now apparently my Dog is a whiner and excluded from claims when she is in pain crying because she is faking Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

First Class Insurance

Pet Plan are always there at the end of the phone. Very friendly and empathetic, as we found out at the recent passing of our dog. Used Pet Plan for over 12 years, for both cat and dog. Claims are paid quickly and yes, they may go up in price but Pet Plan are clear in the description of everything in the Plans. Can ring and ask them anything. I never tried another insurance company but so pleased Pet Plan have been more then I could ask for. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
