Highly professional and efficient service

I gave found Petplan's service to be flawless. They have paid all the claims I have submitted promptly, accurately, efficiently, without quibble and to the letter of our policy agreement. Whenever I have spoken to customer services, I have found their advisors to be helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate Petplan's caution and clarity with regard to their sensible decisions on pre-existing conditions and exclusions. There are many such indicators of them being a particularly well-managed company. I have lost most of my human family so my dogs mean the world to me. It therefore gives me significant peace of mind to know they have the backing of such an excellent insurance company. I feel that we couldn't be in better hands! Reviewed on: 27th September 2021

Brilliant service

Worry free

Good, reliable service.

I've used Petplan on and off for years. My horses were always insured through petplan and while my pony was ridiculously accident prone as well as being prone to laminitis Petplan paid out every time with no issues! Likewise they have made insurance for my elderly collie affordable which has been a huge weight off my mind knowing I can afford his care as he goes further into his twilight years.
