I have had pet insurance with Pet Plan for over 30 years and in that time I have nothing but praise for the way that they have ensured the well being of so many of my pets when they have needed treatment and their for life policy means exactly that unlike some others - I would always recommend them for Pet insurance , Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

I didn't need to claim anything yet. I heard from friends that it's one of the best insurers on the UK market. I checked reviews online as well and I'm happy with the results. I was speaking on the phone with customer service, I wasn't sure about the payments and direct debit. I have used petplan for many years and when I have had to claim on my policy for my cats illness the vets fees where always paid in a timely manner with no issues. Iv used pet plan over the years and they have always been 100% reliable in support & making things as strait forward as possible when claiming. Iv recently got a pet after 7 years without one and would not consider going with any other pet insurance other than Pet Plan Reviewed on: 15th September 2021
