I had to make a claim for my rabbit after an accident the service I received was beyond belief it took the stress about the cost off my shoulders and allowed me to focus all my attention on getting my rabbit back to full health I cannot rate them high enough thank you so much Reviewed on: 11th September 2021

Comprehensive coverage, no-nonsense claims.

While PetPlan isn't the cheapest insurance out there, it definitely offers some of the most comprehensive coverages! Injury, illness, dental, prescriptions, surgery, physiotherapy, congenital & hereditary conditions, behavioural conditions, online consultations... no matter what your pet needs, they really do come through for you. The cherry on top is the fact that claiming process is easy, fast, no-nonsense, and doesn't affect your premium. All my claims were processed quickly and the money was back in my bank account within days! Overall very satisfied with their services. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021
