locked out of my account

ive been with pockit two years and never had a problem till recently, tere keeping hold of 373 pound and wont return my emails despite proving where my money came from ect, like many others i am now in an awful situation of having to lend to claw my way to next pay day they shouldnt be aloud to do this Reviewed on: 4th January 2022

Nightmare

Worst bank I have ever ever known, you are only allowed to make so many transactions per month after that they start paying everything direct debit won’t let you transfer money then they don’t let you know then even if you have money in your account the direct debit comes up declined due to fees which is not true they have just declined it because of transactions they get you into so much mess it’s unbelievable Reviewed on: 15th December 2021

Worst bank I have ever used

Even though your money is your own, they put caps on how many direct debits and transactions you can pay, I have had a direct debit refused, because I had made to many transactions they then said it was lack of funds it wasn’t they just did not pay it, that’s 2nd time, I am 66 pay everything by direct debit or bank transfer , so I rely on being able to do this. My advice is don’t bother with them, they wouldn’t even let me send money to my son to help with food , disgusting Reviewed on: 27th November 2021

YOU WOULD THINK MY REQUEST TO POCKET WOULD BE VERY SIMPLE AND EASY FOR THEM TO RESPOND I HAVE ASKED THEM WHERE IS MY MONEY THEY TELL ME IT WAS RETURNED TO SOURCE ON THE 16TH AUGUST I HAVE ASKED THEM TO SUPPLY THE EVIDENCE SHOWING ME WHERE IT AS BEEN RETURNED BUT NO THERE IS NEVER ANY REPLY FROM POCKET. Shame to this company

I literally fed up of this bank I literally fed up of this bank, there’s no contact number, no live chat and no emails reply. Last week Monday someone used my card and I’ve been contacting Pockit since. No one has come back to me yet. I’m discouraged to use this bank again because that’s actually bad costumer service. As soon as I sort out my situation, I will move all my funds to my other account and stop using Pockit account forever. Reviewed on: 5th October 2021

Pockit account closed money not returned to source

Hello Thomas Moloney ‪119534319‬ I have had my pockit account restricted for over 6 weeks and been waiting over 5 weeks for a response from pockit regarding my account, as its still restricted, The stress of my account being restricted and not being able to access any of my dwp payments has really affected me I am unable to pay my rent or buy food to support myself this has been going on for over 6 weeks, I receive a email 6 weeks later last Friday stating they have closed my account and said they have returned my funds to the source but after speaking to the DWP my money hasn't been returned its been 7 days since the email so I don't know where my money has gone, this is causing me so many issues with my mental health and money problems, I am know now in rent arrears and struggling to eat because they have kept hold of my sick benefits payments and housing benefit. POCKET EMAILED MN THE 16TH AUGUST TELLING ME MY MONEY £160.79 AS BEEN RETURNED TO SOURCE ONE WOULD IMAGINE MY BANK ITS NOW BEEN 18 DAYS AND STILL NO MONEY AS BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT I HAVE ASKED POCKET FIVE TIMES TO SUPPLY THE EVIDENCE SHOWING ME WHICH ACCOUNT HAVE THEY CREDITED MY MONEY INTO AS USUAL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.
