Rip Off with Slow Customer service

I only recently signed up for car insurance through them. I had to add another driver for two days to my insurance. I had to call them twice to organise this, and both times I waited nearly an hour for the phone to be answered. And then the fee they charged for an extra driver for 2 days was Exorbitant! They should be embarrassed about how much they charged me for that, and they refused to lower it. They are a rip off. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022
