Easy to setup, but watch out for the hidden costs

Easy to setup, but couldn't make a simple change online (assigning new numberplate to my existing car). Instead had to make a phone call where they tried to sting me with a charge that wasnt representative of the cost of the actual work and cost involved. They agreed in the end to waive this, but this increasingly widespread practise is unacceptable. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Great service, easy to deal with.

They offered the same level of service as many of there competitors but at fraction of the cost. I spoke with there customer service when setting up my policy and they were very professional and polite. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024
