Anyone can do car insurance, but can they handle change?

Today, I realised that I had not specified the aftermarket towbar on my car to Policy Expert when taking out my policy with them, so although I could not make the change online, I rang up and spoke (almost without having to wait!) to a professional and courteous and knowledgeable Customer Services Representative.
