Very dissapointed and left out of pocket

After being insured for just 2 months and after them having all the information on my car (focus st) I was contacted by sure thing to say they had to cancel my policy but couldn't give me a proper reason just that the underwriters had changed their minds. They then said I still owed them £27 even tho my initial payment was £187 and I paid the next 2 payments. Totally unprofessional and I will be contacting the ombudsman to discuss the issues.
