Watch out

Ignore the star rating of 1 above. I could not post the review without selecting 1 star. The rating should be minus 50 and I have warned everyone I know to stay away. Here is why....Car insurance was cancelled due to selling the car. Was charged £93!!!!!! The only 'sure thing' is I felt scammed and robbed. This high cost charge should be in bold and made unambiguously clear to customers on all quotes and advertising and not hidden in the fine print. The days of operating a business hiding bad news in the fine print has gone quite some time ago. Reviewed on: 15th February 2018

Good, efficient service

Exellent telephone manners, polite and without jargon and ecnomical pricing.

I recently bought a car, second in the family. I was amazed at the cost of comprehensive insurance and break down recovery service . After trying three other insurance companies I phoned Sure Thing . Good job I did- I was absolutely amazed and delighted with the result. The cost was half of what I had expected and when breakdown cover was added at silly price; I could not wait to conclude the offers. When I changed my vehicle after a few weeks, I was equally pleased with the conversation on the telephone and cost. I have now passed details of Sure Thing to my family and friends.
