Easy & fast

I realised my insurance had run out a week previously and I had not seen my reminder email from previous insurer.. In a panic I was frantically looking for cover as quickly as possible! Policy Expert came up top providing much more for my money than others who required higher premiums for what PolicyExpert provided as standard The process of choosing the cover needed and getting through the questions to the final step of paying were really easy to follow Thank you! Good price and policy cover

I renewed my house and contents with Policy Expert which includes emergency cover, the cost of the policy is half of what I was quoted for my renewal with my previous insurer. Easy online navigation. Sums Insured take into account many valuations without the need to be specific with general situations .

To Confirm a couple of details

Spoke to the advisor in customer services (I think her name was Laura), went through through the complete application, whereby one of the details needed an adjustment and the other was confirmed as being okay, the lady (Laura ?) I spoke to could not have been more helpful, her customer skills were excellent. Reviewed on: 1st August 2020
