Good Customer Service

Fast & Efficient Customer Service and Great Cover for a Great Price

Wow !! Searched the web for Home Insurance, filled in the form and selected Policy Expert. I had a question so phoned them up, got straight through on the phone, very friendly and efficient customer service, they completed the application over the phone without having to go back through all the questions. Fast,efficient and friendly

Not only do I get an email reminder but a postal reminder too in plenty of time. Yet again this year, as I have on previous occasions I rang the helpful team and was able to get my questions answered and a fresh quote was done over the phone and payment taken with no hassle. I find your team members very helpful and my policy docs were available to view on your website straight away! Great service on phone, very helpful.

We had to phone up as the automatic renewal was more than for new customers. Great service but they should offer the lower price to existing customers. I know many companies use this practise, that's how we ended up with Policy Expert in the first place. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017
