Friendly, efficient service and quick response to claims.

The phone operators were very helpful in explaining the different levels of cover. The cost is very reasonable and my claim was dealt with quickly and without any quibbles. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

'Human' service - such a rare thing with insurance companies

My dog recently had cruciate ligament surgery. The assistant on the phone could not have been more helpful. I wasn't kept hanging on, she didn't make me feel rushed or stupid expressing my concerns and explained everything in laymans terms. It was actually a pleasurable experience and i came off the phone feeling relieved and that Purely Pets really cared about providing good customer service. It was truly refreshing!
