Scam artists

This company are scam artists. Happy to take your money but have an accident and they don't want to know. Can't contact by phone, they don't answer, they don't respond to emails, they don't respond to complaints, I had my car mirror knocked off by a truck in April 18, contacted quote me happy told to contact third party and not quote me happy, I have fully comp and legal cover with quote me happy. To cut a long story short is now July 18 quote happy didn't bother to contact third party, won't let me pay excess to repair car, won't repair my car, have closed my claim, told me to contact their solicitors, did this to be told by the solicitors that they can only help me claim back my excess or personal jury, as quote me happy won't let me pay excess to have car repair, I'm out of pocket £300. so insurance as cost me this year for my car over £500, DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. Much cheaper than other brands
