Simple and affordable

Ripped off £80

Having been with Quote Me Happy for 7 years and never needed to make a claim, I recently had to cancel my insurance with them because my car got written off. I could only contact them by email which took days and days to solve my issue, I got not only charged too much for the cancellation fee but also they refunded me only some of my money. £80 too short. After that they stopped responding to my emails. I was absolutely disgusted with the service I got from Quote Me Happy and would advise everyone not to do business with them. I will be getting in touch with BBC Watchdog to have Quote Me Happy investigated. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2018

Shocking

Had renewal through today and has gone up an extra £100 a month! Contacted them over this and alls they did was give me instructions on how to cancel, definitely not the cheapest around! Reviewed on: 16th September 2018

Quick, easy, and I feel valued

It was so easy setting up my car insurance after upgrading my car. I usually tend to move insurance companies after a year but I was quoted a brilliant deal and felt the incentive to stay. Scam artists

This company are scam artists. Happy to take your money but have an accident and they don't want to know. Can't contact by phone, they don't answer, they don't respond to emails, they don't respond to complaints, I had my car mirror knocked off by a truck in April 18, contacted quote me happy told to contact third party and not quote me happy, I have fully comp and legal cover with quote me happy. To cut a long story short is now July 18 quote happy didn't bother to contact third party, won't let me pay excess to repair car, won't repair my car, have closed my claim, told me to contact their solicitors, did this to be told by the solicitors that they can only help me claim back my excess or personal jury, as quote me happy won't let me pay excess to have car repair, I'm out of pocket £300. so insurance as cost me this year for my car over £500, DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
