Clear and transparent terms.

Clear and transparent terms and conditions, unambiguously laid out. Very competitive rate of interest. Crystal clear website for managing the account and clear timescales for transactions laid out for planning movements. Timely and clear notifications are communicated (e.g. necessary website or systems maintenance) so inconvenience is virtually non-existent. As such have vary rarely had to phone customer services for assistance. On the two occasions I have telephoned, the staff were friendly but still professional, extremely helpful and left no stone unturned in satisfaction.
