Inflexibility

To only allow ONE Cash ISA per tax year is not very customer focused, as not everyone has the full £20000 to invest in one lump sum. I would have invested more during the current tax year but I am not allowed after my initial deposit. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Loyalty regular saver: good rate but low savings

Opened a loyalty regular saver. Good rate of interest at 8% but only being able to invest £50 per month is very disappointing. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

ISA Transfer

Advertised that an ISA transfer could be completed 'On Line'. Having open an account On Line, I was told you could only transfer in Branch or by Post. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Unable to use phone app since joining.

Requirement for Branch Assistance

Having failed repeatedly to open an ISA account online (any attempt at entering a password for an online access account was rejected in spite of carefully following the four rules for passwords), I received excellent service when visiting a local branch and the ISA account was successfully established.
