A real Building Society experience.

A real Building Society experience. We were able to phone the actual branch and not a call centre and then we were able to book a face to face appointment in branch and not asked to “do it online”. The assistant was knowledgeable about the products and very courteous and helpful. It was the friendly helpful approach that made the experience pleasant and useful. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Good Instant Access Rate - speedy service

The interest rate on my online E-Saver account is good for an instant access account, and payments in and withdrawals work swiftly Reviewed on: 30th June 2025

Excellent rates of interest but always an absolute pain to get the money at the end of 12 months, always necessitating a phone call to a member of staff who sorts it out. Reviewed on: 30th June 2025
