Helpful, friendly service

Only recently took out a savings account with them but I can't praise them enough. Excellent interest rates and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They really take the time to talk to you and explain the options. After a year as a member you have access to loyalty accounts. I found the web site easy to use but pop into a branch (we went to Halstead) and you will receive a warm welcome. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025
