I needed help to get an online John-Paul was great he not only helped me with that but changed my savings account to a better one !. Great Service is Alive and Well at Saffron

I had some initial issues with accessing savings which required Saffron to expedite an account change. Ian who dealt with it was exceptional. Both in understanding the problem and really going above and beyond to help me out by resolving it. Really outstanding customer service. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025
