I Had to go to the brunch at Brentwood office to sort out my savings account. Spoke to Gentleman who's name was Ian Eyo who was very helpful . He took me through all the different saving Rates and also helped me download and install the Building Societies App he was very friendly and made the whole experience very easy Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Poor experience turned positive!

I had a very *poor* experience trying to contact Saffron via their phone app & web's messaging function... I would write and sometimes wait days before i got a reply! :-o In an age of instant comms, and at least fast responses from companies, this was very disappointing :-( -- HOWEVER, when i *called*, Lauryn O. answered my call and WHAT A CONTRAST! She was amazing! apologetic for the bad messaging service received, understood immediately what I was trying to do and resolved to serve me swiftly (and she did after the call!) -- while being courteous and polite, and doubly apologetic for her colleagues letting me down. WOW. I was really impressed! :-D Thank you Lauryn - you deserve a pay rise! :-)) Reviewed on: 2nd March 2025

Helpful day out in Stortford

I went into branch because I was not happy with the ISA transfer processes and I wanted to let them know. I spoke to Dan who was very helpful and explained to me what happens and why I have not been given any updates. He said he's aware of this and is currently looking into and will cotnact me if anything changes. it which was a response you don't hear often. Reviewed on: 1st March 2025
