Great customer service

I have recently opened a Members savings account. Communication is immediate and I have found opening the account relatively straightforward. I do not live near to Essex, so cannot visit a branch and rely on postal or telephone contact: I have always found this to be easy, and the advisors I have spoken to over the telephone to be readily available to help me and seek the best options to get the most out of my savings accounts.
