I visited the Colchester office and as a new customer I am very impresse……..I have been looking for new building societies and it is important to me to speak to someone in person…….All staff are friendly and couldn’t be more patient in answering my many questions. Fantastic service from Bronwen Lee at Colchester Bra...

Fantastic service from Bronwen Lee at Colchester Branch. We have power of attorney for mother-in-law who has dementia. Having sold her house to pay for care we needed a safe place for savings in the meantime. After having had variable experiences with other banks/buildings societies Saffron was a breath of fresh air. Personal service and very helpful. Having walked in to the branch stressed Saffron helped us through the process and we walked out having made a full Power of Attorney application for a savings account with a fair rate of interest. The account was opened a few days later - fantastic. So easy. Wish we'd come to Saffron earlier! Many thanks again to Bronwen - brilliant service (and with a cup of tea, too - the icing on the cake!)
