Queues in the branch

Service good, however each time I have visited SW (different times different days) I have had to queue for anything up to 30 minutes - one day I had to leave after queuing for around 15 minutes, as I had to be somewhere, and it was obvious I would not be able to get to the appointment in time. For the accounts I have I am not allowed online access, so I have no alternative but to come into the branch Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Customer service as it should be

I have to praise Trinity in the Colchester branch for her excellent customer service her first rate professionalism. By chance I popped into branch to get my grandchildren’s books update- only to find maturity directions were not as I requested. This young lady spent a good deal of time sorting everything out in a professional reassuring manner. The level of customer service she offered is something that is unfortunately missing in today’s busy world . Appreciating that you need more security, you wanted a mobile no. to verify us. My wife's mobile is for emergencies only and many people of our age do not have them but we were able to use our e-mail addresses to get into our accounts. Reviewed on: 29th December 2023
