I'm not sure whether your online login procedure works very well. One of the issues I had was to complete the login procedure with a telephone supplied code was not arriving despite being told it had been sent. Reviewed on: 8th February 2022

I spoke to Saffron on two occasions about the same matter. From the paperwork I received it was apparent that i had been speaking to different offices. There were two SAEs and I was confused as to which to use. Reviewed on: 8th February 2022

Your Maturity Pack that you issue for renewals on bonds and savings accounts is big on the 2018 changed bank sort code but does not mention the bank account number. My Barclays online had deleted my prior years payee details snookering me Reviewed on: 8th February 2022
