LIkes: 1. Its a proper building society. 2. Interest rates not so bad as other accounts. Dislikes: 1. . Online account opening procedure is not fit for purpose. 2. I'd explain in full but 240 characters is not enough space. Reviewed on: 15th December 2020

It was Ok generally but on one day I waited on the phone for ten minutes and then gave up. Otherwise telephone answered reasonably quickly. However on every call I had to listen to the same automated message which lasted around 1.5 min !! Reviewed on: 14th December 2020

Telephone contact with Saffron Customer Service has been prompt and with courteous staff. Branch staff helpful and courteous during difficult times. Good to have access to the branch at the moment. Reviewed on: 14th December 2020
