Awesome company

We insire our car with Saga and have done for many years . The cover they provide gives us peace of mind .we changed cars recently and needed to contact Saga .The person I spoke to helped me through the process and in fact I ended up saving £300 due to the helpful guidance of the agent. I love that it's not an ' overseas' call centre and I can speak to someone who speaks English .... no multiple push button choices either .... wouldn't insure with anyone else. A Great Service

I used to change companies each year to get a better deal but have found Saga car insurance to be fair and great value for money so have stayed with them. My tailor made policy includes everything I wanted at a great price. When ringing up with a query, I was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Very pleased with this company. Improving Service

Saga has always provided good service but now they have removed the standard fee that they used to charge for any alterations to the policy. This is very helpful as even adding a temporary driver would previously have incurred this fee. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
