Happy customer

I have been using saga car insurance for many years. I am satisfied with the price I pay. However where the company have been outstanding is when I have had to make a claim. One occasion was when a deer hit my car , the other when a driver hit my stationary car in a car park. Saga dealt with the claim and provided me with an excellent Mercedes replacement car while mine was being repaired. Excellent service and stress taken away from customer. Well done to saga. As a result my husband changed car insurance to saga and we also have home and contents insurance. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Fixed price car insurance

Having the fixed price for a couple years means it is easy to renew and not necessary to compare with other car insurance offers. Such a hassle to change insurers each time especially when they raise the following year's insurance so much higher. Have recommended Saga to others. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Excellent service in the event of a claim.

My car was hit by a motor cyclist and this cause some damage to my car. For a long time, the third party refused to accept liability but were compelled by Saga's Legal connection. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020
