First class service when I needed to post a claim.

I had an accident with one of my hearing aids which could not be repaired by the manufacturer and the model had been superseded by a new version. The best plain speaking and readily accessible home insurance company

Each year the policy document sent at same time. It always describes in clear terms any changes to policy. The policy itself describes in simple language what is being covered and often itemised costs. Where issues are not clear telephone help is rapidly accessible to explain. Renewals

Each year when the renewal arrives I am always surprised that the new quotation price is a reasonable one. Saga are the only company that on renewal I do not have to start shopping around for new quotes. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
