Putting the customer first

I have not made many house insurance claims in my life (Over 50 years of home insurance with many providers) but SAGA Customer service / personnel are the easiest people I have had to deal with; whether it be negotiating a policy or processing a claim. Reviewed on: 25th September 2021

First class!

We recently moved house and needed to update our information. Coincidentally, this occurred approximately one month before our renewal policy. The customer service assistant could not have been more helpful, we received all the information we needed and it was all sorted very promptly and efficiently. Top marks! Best deal over 3-year period

With Saga I negotiated a very good deal for home insurance that would repeat for 3 years, meaning I wouldn't have to worry about renewing for a good while. Reviewed on: 25th September 2021
