Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for 3 years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the year, you won't be charged a cancellation fee.

Looks after the older person

Customer service

I have both house and car insurance with Saga. I have found them to be competitive. However their main strength is their customer service. They answer the telephone quickly and work with you to solve any issues. No foreign call centre hurrah. Reviewed on: 25th September 2021
