WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

Saga have no idea about how to run a claims service for insurance. They are however very good at telling lies when selling their insurance. Definitely a company not to do business with. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

Personal service

Had a fire nearly 2 years ago and had to move out of our house for 9 months while repairs were done. Saga handled the whole stressful experience with great care and thoughtfulness. Nothing could have prepared us for what happened and not everything went according to plan. For example Covid hit after 3 months causing delays to materials etc. but Saga did everything possible to minimise the trauma and were constantly in touch by phone checking up on how things were going, whether there was anything more they could do to help and chasing things for us. As a result we were finally able to return to our newly restored home. Thank goodness we had such comprehensive insurance cover with Saga. They say you never know how good your insurance or company are until you need them. Well Saga certainly proved they are there for you when you need them. I wouldn't go anywhere else now and have also got Car and Health insurance policies with them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021
