Saga provides home insurance policies that can cover buildings only, contents only or both combined.

Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for two years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the two-year period, you won't be charged a cancellation fee, T&Cs apply.

This is the best company that we've ever used and it's easy to apply whether via their website or talking direct to them. House hit by lightning

When our house got hit by lightning in 2019 and we were out of the house for 11 months whilst they put it back together, Saga was great. They used to ring me to ask how we were coping in rented accommodation and how we were coping mentally. The Loss Adjuster etc were so good. It was a horrible, terrifying experience (also Covid happened during this time!) but Saga guided us through. That is why we have stayed with them.
