Great company

Home insurance

Cost was my most important item at the time and Saga was able to help me there, but most importantly they remembered me the following year and did not put the costs up like other insurance companies but offered me a deal over the next few years. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

I got great service

I paid a great price for building and contents insurance. Having had insurance for almost 40 years without ever making a claim, this year I have been unfortunate to have had a burst. I had to make a claim and was so impressed at the way saga dealt with the trauma and how quickly and without fuss I was treated. So much so that I have also now taken out my car insurance with them. CLAIM FOR FIRE DAMAGE

Had a fire in outbuildings only 10 metre from our property, the loss tallied to over £13,000! Although it took some weeks to resolve due to the nature of some of the contents, we received payment in full. This helped to reduce the stress levels at a difficult time. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Saga? No Drama

I had an unfortunate accident with my Laptop screen during Lockdown - essential for on-line communication - so was extremely concerned... I was guided through the process of getting it fixed in a calm and empathetic manner, and the repair was carried out and paid for swiftly, so I was able to resume on-line with minimal fuss or delay... It’s good to know someone is there to hold your hand when you need it the most... Would have no hesitation in recommending Saga for household insurance... Thanks for being there... Three year fixed price deal

Their prices are fair in any case, but their three year price fix is excellent. The extras you get here, you would pay for anywhere else. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Lockdown treatment

Reliable

I'll give thus 5 stars if my legal expenses claim is approved. Never claimed this before but desperately need it now. In any event I've been with saga a few years and their rates are competitive. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
