Saga provide home insurance policies that can cover buildings only, contents only or both combined.

Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for 3 years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the year, you won't be charged a cancellation fee.

I lost one hearing aid and was provided with a new pair.

To my amazement, not only did I get a new pair of hearing aids but a personal audiologist who came to my home and will care for my needs in future. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Great customer service

20 years a customer

Next January will be the 20th anniversary of our becoming Saga customers, when I was finally old enough to insure our new home with them. Since then, thankfully, we haven't had to use their services often, but every time they have come through with flying colours. Their phone helpline agents are calm, clear and reassuring, their contractors turn up promptly and do what they promise. Saga are not the cheapest, but they are, in my opinion, the best value - and the older I get, the more I realise how much that matters. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
