I’ve found Saga insurance advisers to be very knowledgeable, efficient and approachable. Fantastic Service When We Had A Problem

When my husband contracted COVID on holiday in Canada, Saga were excellent. They arranged hotel rooms so we did not have to pay out for them and were in constant contact with us. They made a stressful situation so much better and the other people in our party who had a different travel insurance provider had no assistance at all from their provider. QUICK QUOTE, COMPETITVE & RESPONSIVE SERVICE

Many companies would not cover me to travel to and in Mexico. Saga were quick to give me a quote as I waited between flights at Heathrow. They had me covered before I boarded my flight to Mexico. I have insured my travel with them ever since. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Excellent service, price and value for money. Whenever we have needed to discuss health changes and their impact on our travel insurance SAGA service agents have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful -especially on the differences between "notifiable" and "chargeable" - ie. the cost implications of declarations.
