Stress free Saga

Online claim form was straightforward, questions and information required was concise. Although I’m not very tech experienced, I did manage to upload photos of the required documents. A piece of advice; don’t delete any travel related info until your journey is completely over. Prompt reply after submission of my claim and team kept me up to date of progress, so I felt in safe hands. Reviewed on: 17th August 2025

Excellent service when a potential problem arose
