My santender account is good enough to use.

I find my Santander account easy to manage and I couldn't think of a better account to use being at university. When I opened my student account I was given an overdraft with 0% interest which doesn't need to be paid back until I finish university. Moreover, whenever I'm in need of assistance I always come off the phone or away from the branch feeling as though I have gained all the help I need in order to solve my problems. Excellent customer care

New overdraft balance

I've had previous issues with Santander in that purchases had not appeared or been taken from my available balance until a few days after the purchase making it hard to keep on top of my account. Since the government change to overdrafts where they now split them it is now a lot easier to read and keep track of. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Basic Current Account

I have had the account for 12 years and never had a problem. I like the app and can easily check my balance, make transfers instantly and view transactions. I would like it if it updated in real time. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020
