Very good account with rewards

Very good account with rewards, but you do need to pay in a certain ammount each month, so not necessarily useful if you are retired. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2016

Account is locked and unable to speak with an actual person

Guys what is going, my account is locked out. I’m stuck 100’s miles from home with no access to money. I’ve rang your numbers 34 times, been transferred twice, been hung up on 20+ times been in the queue to speak to someone for over 2 hours 3 times then been cut off. Easy banking

Pays me interest and cash back on certain direct debits which is a little bonus. V easy to arrange transfers to other people and I find the banking app easy to use Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Very happy customer!

Great cashback, app is getting better
