Fantastic protection and safety to store my finances

The 123 account is very simple, put more than £500 in the account a month, set up two direct debits and earn the high interest and cash back rewards the account offers. It hasn't been simpler to make the most of your ready cash. Since joining over a year ago I have earnt hundreds of pounds in interest and cash back from easy everyday sources such as paying council tax bills, phone bills etc. Its got to be the best account I have opened. Helpful Banking

Have banked with them since I was 16, one of the few accounts that only require a minimum of £500 per month being deposited, which makes it accessible to most people. Branch staff are always really helpful. They also have good online and app banking. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

So hard to set up an account.

So hard to set up an account. Couldn’t believe it. I had to wait in a physical bank twice for over an hour. And they kept sending me letters that were asking me to do things I’d done two weeks previous. Such a confusing, long and complex process I just gave up in the end. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Not a save bank! Lost a lot of money because of them!

Some time ago, I had Open Bank block my account there because suspicious debits were being attempted. A week after the account was blocked, Open Bank still allowed a large debit to go through from a fraudulent company. Unfortunately, there has been no compensation or apology to date.
