Branch Closures

The service and knowledge about their products or changed to their products has been very poor over the last few years. It appears due to branch closures , the staff are too busy to provided a satisfactory level of service to their customers. Reviewed on: 27th December 2019

Good Santander customer service

I have banked with Santander for many years and their customer service in their branches is excellent Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Pays for itself

We pay £5 a month as a fee for the account. We receive £10 per month for having our mortgage with Santander. Around £6 per month cashback for utility and phone bills. And £25 a month for keeping £20k in the current account as it pays 1.5% interest. Much better than any ISA or savings account in my opinion. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
