Good money maker

I switched to Santander bank after having a bad experience with Lloyds a year ago. The nice lady in Santander introduced me to 123 current account and worked out for me ,taking into account my salary, savings, spending, whether this account is suitable for me. She want pushy or manipulative and left the decision to me. When I switched the bank moved all my bills and standing orders to my new accound and the money that had been sitting in my saving account making almost no profit. Over the last year I made around 200 pounds by having the money in my 123 Current account instead of keeping it in my old Saving account. Even with the fee increase from 2 to 5 pounds its still worth staying with them if you have over 10000 pounds in savings. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Great Bank, Great Account

I earn cashback on my direct debits, interest on my balance, and low charges on my overdraft. Santander are great! Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017

no help when needed

The account works fine, although even with the cash back it was not worth it. Basically I got cheaper banking elsewhere and with more benefits. I stuck with Santander until they rejected me for credit, which was strange give my credit score, and my history with them... went into a branch to ask why, and no help was given... the machine had decided. Gave up and went elsewhere, got a credit, and I'm saving money on the current bank account. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2017

123 CARD ACCOUNT

Cash back on utilities and Santander mortgage accoutn for a nominal fee. I definetly get more cash back than the accoutn fee costs. Very good my offers for money off lots of shops and restaurnets and online retailers too. Reviewed on: 4th June 2017

Good bank account

Worth the money
