The process for setting up the ISA was long winded,... The process for setting up the ISA was long winded, and the call centre did not alwats help. It took a long time for them to get the account opened. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

About this product

Santander have a range of ISAs with a choice of fixed rates and variable rates.

The Santander Easy Access ISA needs a minimum deposit of £500 to open the account. Santander offer a one year or two year fixed rate ISA. You can manage your account via telephone banking, branch or by online and mobile banking.

MOUNTAINS OF PAPER!

I opened a Santander ISA accounts a few years ago (online). Although I have never deposited any funds into this account I seem to be getting a high volume of paper from them...telling me my balance is £0, or that rates are going down etc...surely in this digital age, there's a better way of communicating with me!
