Change of details.

I had to call the Society's customer services to resolve my inability to change the details of my linked bank account. The person who answered my call was polite and efficient, although she could not resolve the issue there and then. We have only used the building society online. The main thing we like about this place is the fact that transactions are shown in a small book where it is easy to keep track of savings, unlike others where you are sent many pieces of paper yearly which is difficult. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
