Caring, friendly, warm

SBS is still a Building Society - converys the original values of care and kindness and patience. Every member of the team here is Glasgow communications these values. I notice there is a turnover of staff which is unexpected as may in time corrode your values. Perhaps pressure of work may worsen the situation. Friendly and polite

We have been a member of the Scottish Building Society for many years as we are now well into our eighties, and are not on the internet, we re rely on the post hopefully which comes, which isn't any fault of the Society, otherwise the experience we have had with you has been very efficient. Welcoming, friendly, helpful

The staff in Galashiels are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I'm not that keen on the new system (as opposed to a teller system) due to the lack of privacy. Reviewed on: 28th October 2024
