Inverness visit

I recently visited the Scottish Building Society with my daughter who is disabled to get some information about some ISA accounts. From the moment we arrived, the young gentleman Jack who assisted us was exceptional! He was straight up from his seat, walked over and introduced himself to us, walked us over to the desk at the front and pulled out the seats for the both of us. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and thoughtful. He made sure my daughter felt completely comfortable and included throughout the whole process, treating her with such warmth and respect that it really touched us both and it’s always a bonus when someone can make you laugh as well and he did that very well. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made what could have been a daunting visit feel easy and even enjoyable. His caring approach made my daughter feel special and in her own words ‘normal’ and we both left feeling reassured and well looked after. A true credit to the Scottish Building Society! We’re so grateful for the wonderful service. Highly recommended!!! Reviewed on: 7th May 2025
